BGK expands to Costa Rica to support Polish foreign operations
Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) now supports Polish companies financially in Costa Rica, marking the 87th country where the bank operates abroad. Recently, BGK provided a guarantee securing a Polish exporter's contract in Costa Rica valued at over USD 580,000.
Feliks Kobierski, BGK's chief expert in trade finance, emphasized the bank's commitment to supporting Polish companies internationally across various industries and locations. Despite the geographic distance and small market size, Poland enjoys a trade surplus with Costa Rica.
BGK initiates and implements programs for Poland's economic growth, financing infrastructure projects and expanding its support for Polish companies worldwide.
