The Family Business Institute hosted a successful intergenerational meeting on April 19-20 at Herbarium Hotel & Spa by Żnińskie Lakes. The event featured discussions and workshops on topics such as succession planning, family business governance, communication, sustainable development, and more. Three generations of business owners attended, learning how to maintain the family heritage together.
Dr. Adrianna Lewandowska, President of the Family Business Institute, emphasized that keeping a family business alive is one of the most challenging jobs. The new generation, known as RE: REdesigners and REgenerators, brings different values, focusing on free time and sustainable development rather than just ambition and social status.
The festival will continue with two more events in May, offering further opportunities for learning and collaboration among family businesses.
