7R to build urban warehouses across Poland

Developer 7R has launched its City Flex program, which envisions the construction of a network of more than ten SBU (Small Business Unit) warehouse projects located in some of the biggest cities across Poland. The company wants to respond to the growing demand for urban logistics space in the country that is the result of factors including the growth of the e-commerce sector. The planned schemes will range in size from 8,000 sqm to 15,000 sqm and will be located in such cities as Gdańsk, Szczecin, Warsaw, Łódź, Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Rzeszów, Kielce, Częstochowa, Białystok, Bydgoszcz and Gdynia. They will be targeted at tenants including e-commerce companies and logistics operators, and will offer warehouse, office and exhibition space under one roof. The smallest units will be sized from 900 sqm with all the City Flex developments expected to be BREEAM-certified. 7R’s clients will be able to sign one lease agreement covering several warehouses in different locations which will be developed within the program.
