Alfa Centrum mall in Białystok sold for €92 mln

Investor NEPI Rockcastle has acquired the Alfa Centrum shopping center in Białystok in eastern Poland from Grupa JWK. The value of the transaction, in which the buyer and the seller were represented by Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE respectively, amounts to approximately €92 million. Alfa Centrum was completed in 2008 following the redevelopment of historic textile factory buildings. The mall comprises 36,000 sqm of GLA and is currently almost fully leased out. It houses more than 150 stores and points of service.
