Polish lender Alior Bank has been discussing with telecommunications operator T-Mobile their potential cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe, Alior’s deputy CEO, Michał Hucał announced.
“We are talking with T-Mobile about the possibility of cooperation outside the country. No decisions have been made yet, [but] the talks are at an advanced stage,” Hucał said.
“We are taking into consideration starting our operational business this year,” he added.
Thanks to the cooperation with T-Mobile, Alior attracted 141,000 Polish customers last year, 85 percent of them have not had any relations with the lender before.
