German investor Union Investment has recently secured tenants for a total of almost 10,000 sqm of space located in three of its office buildings in Warsaw: Horizon Plaza, Zebra Tower and Pasaż Lipińskiego. In the Horizon Plaza building, which is located in the Mokotów district of the city, lease agreements for a combined nearly 7,700 sqm have been signed – Huawei has decided to take up three floors there and has thus become the biggest tenant at the property. Also, Egis has leased 1,350 sqm at Horizon Plaza. For its part, the Zebra Tower in downtown Warsaw has attracted Cloudity, Astek Polska, YND and Enefit, which have leased a total of almost 1,700 sqm. Another centrally located office building – Pasaż Lipińskiego – has attracted Cosmose (220 sqm), while Rafako, a current tenant, has renewed its lease agreement for 290 sqm.
