Archicom eyeing Gdynia site

Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Archicom has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of 0.4 hectares of land in the Oksywie district of Gdynia on which it plans to build a multi-family residential project comprising approximately 60 units. The company is currently selling apartments in one housing scheme in the city, which is called Rozewska. Apart from the Tri-city market, Archicom – which last year acquired developer mLocum – is also present in Wrocław, Poznań and Łódź. In 2017, the developer offloaded a total of 1,431 units across Poland, which marks a 51.9-percent increase y/y.
