Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Archicom sold 1,431 units in 2017, which marks a 51.9-percent increase upon the previous year. The company hopes to be able to sell 1,650 units in 2018. Originally focused on the Wrocław market, Archicom last year acquired a majority stake in developer mLocum, which allowed it to enter four new regional markets across Poland. The developer currently has a total of approximately 1,800 units on offer in Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań and the Tri-city. The company now holds plots of land for future projects in those cities, on which a combined around 6,300 units can be built.
