Developer Asbud Group has revealed it has already commercialized 80 percent of the space available in its ongoing MetroPoint Office project in Warsaw. The eleven-floor scheme is located in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area of the Wola district of the city and will comprise approximately 8,800 sqm of GLA. It is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2020.
Asbud Group is commercializing the MetroPoint Office development in the offices for sale formula, which is still relatively rare in Poland with most developers offering office areas for rent. Due to the success of the model, the company plans to also offer offices for sale in its next two office investments in the country.
The offices for sale concept is common in such countries as the UK and the US and there is no reason why Poland should not follow the trend, argued Asbud Group CEO Raied Tanous. He claimed that there are many reputable companies in the Polish market that are interested in owning office space, rather than leasing it.
