The Asseco Group will continue to operate the central IT system of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS). The contract for the next four years is worth PLN 58.05 million gross, the leader of the consortium Asseco Data Systems reported.
The central system of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (nSIU System) is responsible for handling social and health insurance, as well as short-term benefits and accidents in agriculture. It is used daily by over 3,000 KRUS employees.
The project will be implemented by Asseco Data Systems in a consortium with Asseco Poland, which will be primarily responsible for managing the database. Asseco Poland is the author of the Workflow system operating in KRUS and will be responsible for the communication of the nSIU system with the external systems of the institution.
Asseco Poland SA specializes in the production and development of software. It is the largest software house with Polish capital.
