Atrium Tower sold to VIG Fund

Investment fund AEW Europe sold the Atrium Tower office building in Warsaw to VIG Fund, the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) real estate investment vehicle, said Savills.

“Over the past 17 years, we have been actively managing the Atrium Tower building, including modernizing it. These activities, combined with a great location, have translated into a lot of tenants’ interest and almost a hundred percent space leased. I am sure that the new owner will be pleased with the purchase this real estate,” said Ewa Parys, head of CEE management, AEW Europe.

Atrium Tower is located in the Central Business District in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 25. The developer of the facility was Skanska Property, it was finished in 1997. The project changed its owner for the first time in 2001 when it was bought by AEW Europe. The building offers 11,500 sqm of office space.
