The leading indicator of economic sentiment (WWK) in Poland estimated by the Bureau for Investments and Economic Cycles (BIEC) decreased by 0.9 points and stood at 169.5 points in November. According to the bureau’s analysts, last few months are clearly showing that the economy has reached its maximum potential.
“The last few months clearly show that the economy has reached its maximum capacity and in the coming months will maintain its status quo. The main driving force of the current growth was consumption. Further growth is severely limited by rising inflation, which is most affected by food prices. Uncertainty and rising costs of doing business are not conducive to investing,” the report said.
