BPI with two new residential projects in Warsaw

Belgian developer BPI Real Estate Poland, part of the CFE capital group, will soon launch sales of apartments in two new residential projects in Warsaw. The company, which has to date completed two housing schemes in the Wola district of the Polish capital, will build a development in the Ochota district called Rezydencja Barska and another investment in Wola called wolaRE. The latter project will be developed in a joint venture with ACTEEUM Group. The schemes will comprise 57 and 237 housing units respectively. Both developments will be built by general contractor CFE Polska and are scheduled to be completed in 2020. BPI Real Estate Poland is now also active in the residential markets in Wrocław and Poznań.
