CBRE Global Investors (CBRE GI) has finalized the acquisition of a portfolio of a total of more than 220,600 sqm of logistics space in four standing logistics parks in Poland from Hillwood. The investor has also agreed to buy a number of pipeline projects, which include two new developments and two extensions in Poland, totaling more than 134,100 sqm, as well as two new developments in Germany, totaling more than 71,600 sqm. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
The Polish assets in the Hillwood portfolio, which are the subject of this transaction are: 7R Logistic Centre Gdańsk (a total of more than 122,500 sqm in four existing and two buildings under construction), Hillwood Bielsko-Biała (a total of more than 41,500 sqm in two existing buildings), Ożarów I (an existing building of over 12,400 sqm), Hillwood Wrocław (a total of more than 90,000 sqm in two existing buildings, a 27,000 sqm building is being planned for the park), Ożarów II (more than 29,700 sqm in an under-construction building) and Warsaw Park (more than 23,800 sqm of existing space, a 7,600 sqm extension is being planned for the park). “We have over EUR1 billion of capital to invest in CEE and Germany over the next 12 months.
