CBRE to help investors buy alternative assets

In response to the growing investor interest in so-called alternative assets in Poland, CBRE has decided to expand the range of services provided by its capital markets team. The company has appointed Paweł Rudiak as a senior consultant who will support the team in advising investors looking for such products as rental apartment and student accommodation projects. He will be responsible for coordinating market synergies between investors implementing alternative investment strategies and developers whose residential schemes may be of interest to those investors.

Rudiak has over seven years of experience in the real estate market. Before joining CBRE, he worked as a consultant in the capital markets department of Cushman & Wakefield (where he advised on transactions and dealt with the residential sector) and as an investment analyst at Odysseus Capital Management (where he was involved in building an institutionalized rental apartment fund).
