Entries for the 2018 CEEQA awards opened on December 6, 2017 and will close on January 31, 2018. Candidates receiving notification in January of a jury nomination will be granted a deadline extension to February 7, CEEQA organizers stated.
Consulting firm Deloitte and two real estate advisories, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, have expanded their partnership roles with CEEQA for the 2018 edition of the New Europe property sector’s main industry awards, complemented by the arrival of leading international business newspaper The Economist as the platform’s new lead Marketing Partner.
CEEQA awards are one of the most recognized real estate industry accolades. Each year a panel of judges is selected from senior management representatives of market leading companies and orgnanisaitons active in the sector charged with nominating candidates in 23 award categories, assessing all entries and deciding the shortlist and eventual winners. The procedure is closely monitored by Deloitte.
The CEEQA Gala, where the awards are handed out, will be held on April 25, 2018 at the an old print works at Minska 65 on Warsaw’s east bank. The sector’s flagship annual gathering brings together over 800 of investors, lendrs and the sector’s top executives.
