Chinese China-CEE Fund and Israeli Enlight Renewable Energy will invest in wind farms in Poland, reports ISBnews. The maximum value of the investment is PLN 1.3 billion. The wind mills will be built by Geo Renewables.
The first wind farm, Wróblew, will be a 36 MW farm worth PLN 200 million. The first stage of the investment is scheduled to be completed by end 2015.
The second one, Projekt 2, will be a collection of wind farms with total power of 214 MW. However, several analyses such as due diligence or development analyses are yet to be finished.
China-CEE Fund and Enlight will collaborate as a joint venture company, having the majority stake in the wind farms. Geo Renewables will have the minority stake in the project.
In the joint venture, the proportions will be 49.9 percent and 50.1 percent of shares for the fund and Enlight, respectively.
