Poland and China are deepening their military ties. Polish Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak signed with the Chinsese government an agreement, in line which, the Chinese navy ships will dock in Polish ports for the first time ever, Polish Radio reported.
Siemoniak was visiting Beijing on July 29-31. Polish minister called this cooperation ‘a friendly gesture,” and stressed the importance of China-NATO partnership in terms of anti-pirate operations on the African coasts and Indian Ocean.
Last year, the two governments established a strategic political-defense dialog.
