Colliers to commercialize PHN’s Warsaw office skyscraper

State majority-owned, Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE)-listed real estate investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has appointed Colliers International as the leasing agent for a high-rise office project which it wants to build in downtown Warsaw. The scheme will be located on ul. Świętokrzyska, near the Rondo ONZ subway stop, and will comprise approximately 40,000 sqm of GLA with the construction work expected to launch next year. The development has already got a building permit and is scheduled to be completed in 2021 (lower part) and 2023-2024 (155-meter tower). PHN plans to have the investment certified in the BREEAM system.
