Construction of the first Warsaw housing estate “Nowe Jeziorki,” part of the Mieszkanie+ program, will start in spring 2019 in the Warsaw district of Ursynów at ul. Karczunkowskiej. The estate will include approximately 2,700 flats, the Ministry of Investment and Development informed.
The investment will feature 19 residential buildings and social infrastructure including a school, a kindergarten, a sports field, as well as a diverse commercial and services offer.
Mieszkanie + is the most important package of solutions of the National Housing Program, the aim of which is to increase the number of apartments available for people with low and moderate incomes, thanks to the use of State Treasury properties.
