Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) has increased by 0.8 percentage point month-on-month and currently stands at -11.5, according to a report published by the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
Indicators gauging future and present household economic conditions have improved by 2.1 p.p. and 1.4 p.p. accordingly. The number of consumers who deem that it is a good time to make major purchases has increased by 3.1 p.p. Opinions on the future and the current economic conditions of the country have worsened by 1.5 p.p. and 1.1 p.p. respectively.
CCI has grown by 8.5 p.p., compared with January 2014.
