Tenant-only commercial real estate consulting firm Cresa, which has recently opened its first Polish office in Warsaw, has begun its expansion into regional markets. The company has just opened an office in Wrocław that is headed by Michał Grabikowski and which is located in the Pegaz building in the downtown of the city. “As Cresa’s expansion in Poland gathers pace, we’ve decided to open an office in Wrocław, the capital of Lower Silesia. Having set up key operational departments in our head office in Warsaw, we realized we needed to be closer to tenants,” said Piotr Kaszyński, managing partner at Cresa Poland.
