US-based Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has officially opened its first office in Poland, which is located in the Warsaw Financial Center building in the downtown of the Polish capital. The company announced its entry into the country three months ago. “Drawing on the experience and expertise of other offices worldwide, we aim to become a leading partner for tenants in all of the commercial real estate sectors in Poland. I think we will achieve this within a year and a half, maximum two years. We are ready to operate today,” said Piotr Kaszyński, the managing partner of Cresa Poland.
Cresa, which has more than 60 offices globally, has in recent years expanded into Europe entering countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Poland is the second (after Hungary) country in Central and Eastern Europe to have been entered by the firm. “Cresa intends to open more offices in Central and Eastern Europe and we look forward to working with Piotr in our continued expansion,” said Cresa’s CEO Jim Underhill.
