Current accounts deficit amounted to €1.017 billion in February 2018, against a market consensus of €326.9 million. Exports increased by 5.7 percent year-on-year, while analysts expected it to grow by 8.1 percent y/y. Meanwhile, imports increased by 8.3 percent y/y, with market consensus at 10 percent y/y. In January, current accounts balance came in at a surplus of €2.072 billion.
