C&W touts its 2017 performance in investment market

Cushman & Wakefield has revealed that its capital markets team was last year involved in transactions in Poland valued at a total of almost €2.5 billion, which accounts for more than 50 percent of the overall 2017 commercial property investment volume in the country. This is the best result among the real estate services firms active in the Polish market.

Among the 2017 investment transactions brokered by Cushman & Wakefield was Union Investment’s acquisition of the Magnolia Park shopping center in Wrocław for approximately €380 million (the company advised the buyer), which is the largest retail deal to have been closed in Poland last year.
