The government is to sell a 35% stake in the food producer, Winary SA to a single strategic investor as part of the company’s privatization. Eleven Polish and foreign investors are bidding for the plant. Rzeczpospolita quoted government sources as saying that top foreign bidders were Nestle, Jacobs Suchard, Unilever and among Polish ones the food trader Agros.
