Dekpol buys land for first Warsaw scheme

Developer Dekpol has acquired perpetual ususfruct rights to 0.6 hectares of land located on ul. Prądzyńskiego in the Wola district of Warsaw. The company plans to build a residential project comprising approximately 300 units on the site, which will be its first scheme in the Polish capital. Dekpol is active in northern Poland, mainly in the Tri-city area, with the developer’s ongoing investments including Osiedle Foresta and Grano Residence in Gdańsk.
