Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Dom Development has revealed it last year spent a total of PLN 351 million on the acquisition of plots of land for future residential projects in Warsaw, Wrocław and the Tri-city. The company bought 16 sites in 2017 on which a combined 4,200 units can be built. Dom Development, which is the biggest developer in the Warsaw market, last year acquired four sites for future schemes in Wrocław, which will comprise a total of approximately 500 units. The company plans to strengthen its position in the latter city in the near future. At the end of 2017, Dom Development held plots of land on which 8,447 units can be constructed.
