Investor and developer Grupa Buma has sold the DOT Office complex in Kraków to investment group Golden Star Estate. The value of the transaction, which was brokered by JLL, has not been revealed. DOT Office consists of five buildings comprising a total of 43,650 sqm of leasable space and is anchored by Shell Business Operations, Motorola Solutions Systems and Ericsson.
Investor interest in office markets outside Warsaw remains at a very high level with the volume of office investment transactions in the major regional cities having amounted to a record more than €950 million last year, commented Tomasz Puch, the head of office and industrial investment at JLL. The volumes for 2018 are likely to be even stronger, Puch added.
