The existing modern office stock in the Tri-city agglomeration, which is the third largest regional office market in Poland, grew by over 15% y/y in the first half of this year, to 747,000 sqm, according to the latest report by Cresa Polska. By comparison, in the same period the modern office stock in Warsaw grew by approximately 5%. Over the last five years, the existing supply of modern office space in the Tri-city grew by an average 9%, the Cresa Polska study said. The biggest new office projects completed in that market in H1 2018 include Olivia Star, which delivered 45,700 sqm.
