Echo Investment sells Wrocław and Kraków offices for over €93 mln

Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment has sold the Nobilis Business House office building in Wrocław to real estate funds manager Catalyst Capital for €44 million. The property was completed in late 2016 and comprises 16,900 sqm of GLA. It is now 75 percent leased out with its tenants including Onet Group, City Space and PPG Deco.

Towards the end of December, Echo Investment also offloaded the second building in the O3 Business Campus office complex in Kraków to investor Echo Polska Properties for €49.2 million. The 19,000-sqm property was completed in the third quarter of last year and is currently 70 percent leased out to HCL Poland and HedgeServ.
