Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment has revealed it sold 1,248 apartments from January to November, which marks a 75-percent increase upon the same period last year. In November 2017 alone, the company offloaded 203 housing units. Echo Investment will sell at least 1,300 apartments this year, said Waldemar Olbryk, a management board member at the company. He added that in 2018 the figure should increase to 1,500. Echo Investment has been stepping up its activity in the residential sector in recent years. In Q4 2017, the developer will launch seven projects comprising a total of almost 900 homes.
