Developer Echo Investment will sell Biura przy Bramie – the first office building in its Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex in Warsaw – to a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners for €76.5 million. The under-construction building is to be completed in December and will deliver 15,700 sqm of GLA. Its tenants will include L’Oreal Polska, Epam and WeWork.

Echo Investment is currently also building two other office buildings – Biura przy Willi and Biura przy Warzelni – within the same complex which is located in the Wola district of the Polish capital and will involve the redevelopment and revitalization of a major post-industrial site that used to house a brewery.

Meanwhile, the developer has revealed it has started construction work on the second building in its Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice. The complex will consist of a seven-floor building offering 20,000 sqm of office space and a 14-floor building offering 26,000 sqm of office space. The buildings are scheduled to be completed in 2019 and 2020.
