Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment has revealed it will spend PLN 38 million on the construction of new and modernization of existing roads around its ongoing Galeria Libero shopping center project in Katowice. The company will finish building the infrastructure till the end of August. The Galeria Libero scheme is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of this year. It will comprise around 42,000 sqm of leasable space and house more than 150 stores and points of service. Its major tenants will include Piotr i Paweł, Helios, Fabryka Formy, MkBowling, Media Markt, H&M and Grupa LPP.
