Tri-City-based developer Euro Styl has presented a new architectural vision for its planned Centaurus mixed-use project in Olsztyn in north-eastern Poland. The company has also launched pre-sales of the apartments that will be developed in the residential section of the scheme. The Centaurus development will be located near the intersection of Al. Piłsudskiego and ul. Głowackiego in the downtown of Olsztyn and will consist of four buildings sitting on a common podium. Two of the buildings will be high-rise structures, standing 18 and 17 stories tall.
Designed by acclaimed Polish architect Andrzej Kapuścik, the investment will include 105 hotel rooms, 172 apartments, more than 8,500 sqm of office space and almost 5,000 sqm of retail and service area. An underground parking lot will comprise spaces for nearly 370 vehicles. The construction work on the Centaurus project is scheduled to launch next year and finish in 2019. The investment is valued at approximately PLN180 million.
