On 7th December “European Contact Centre Champion 2015” will be named.
This year European Confederation of Contact Centre Organizations (ECCCO) members will choose winner from the best national nominees. The idea behind organizing an ECCCO Award is to make good customer experience examples known to a wider public by giving national award winners and nominees opportunity to take part in European competition. Nominations for the ECCCO Awards can be addressed to the ECCCO board exclusively by the national member associations.
The aim of the competition is to choose cc manager who represents the most interesting and extraordinary approach and the activities realized in contact centre business. Polish Marketing Association SMB (member of ECCCO) – this year’s host of the event – believes that it is important to give national award winners and nominees an international platform for presentation, benchmarking and exchange. There are already confirmed participants from the Czech Republic, Turkey, Germany, Russia and Poland.
Based on our ECCCO experience and our national meetings with contact centers companies we fully realize how important is sharing knowledge and good practices. – says Jacek Barankiewicz, vice-president of Polish Marketing Association SMB – And now when we have an opportunity to host this meeting in Poland, we had no doubt we have to make it.
Poland will be represented by Contact Center PZU with project “Laboratory of innovative customer service” – winner of this year’s “Złota Słuchawka” award.
The sponsor of the event is Arteria SA – the biggest Polish outsourcing call center. Beside award event, ECCCO members will meet for their annual general meeting. There will be discussed internal confederation’s issues.
Generally, the meeting is next step to integrate and improve standards and cooperation in European contact center environment. It is believed that during the meeting cooperation between members will be strengthened.
