The brightest stars of european science, business, and politics will gather at the warsaw sheraton hotel on 26 and 27 april to participate in the fifth edition of european executive forum, an international congress on leadership and management, considered to be the most inspiring business event in Poland.
The fifth edition of this unique economic conference, during which distinguished personas from the worlds of politics, business, and science join forces to answer universal questions concerning the future of the Polish and European economy in a rapidly changing reality. Leaders in the 21st century face completely different challenges, while Europe is undergoing enormous economic and social changes. European Executive Forum is a unique platform which brings together experts who will try to find one-of-a-kind, effective solutions through creative discussion and exchange of views and experiences.
It is the only international congress of this type taking place in Poland, whose aim is a universal, macroeconomic, and political debate on the strengthening of Poland’s position in Europe. The event is dedicated to the international business environment as well as representatives of the most important educational institutions and the world of Polish and foreign politics.
The conference will begin with a speech entitled “The Corruption of capitalism” delivered by Guy Standing, a world-famous economist, writer, and professor at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Some of the guests who confirmed their participation include Pedro Videla – professor at the prestigious IESE Business School in Barcelona and one of the most recognized macroeconomists in Europe, Eamon Gilmore – former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland and professor at Dublin City University, Joseph Pistrui – Professor of Entrepreneurial Management at IE Business School with over 25 years of experience in management, member of the Academy of Social Sciences, and a specialist on the labor market, Hermann Simon – Chairman of Simon-Kucher & Partners Strategy & Marketing Consultants and Timothy Garton Ash –historian, writer, Professor of European Studies at the University of Oxford.
This year the debates will revolve around such topics as management in the times of ongoing social and economic changes in Europe, ground-breaking innovations in practice, ways for Polish companies to gain recognition on the global market, new business models in the age of technological revolution, and innovative corporate management strategies.
