Eurostat: Retail sales up by 5.5% in June

The volume of seasonally adjusted retail trade in Poland grew by 5.5 percent year-on-year in June, according to a data release from the EU’s statistics office Eurostat. In month-on-month terms, it increased by 0.7 percent.

Throughout the EU retail trade remained unchanged in m/m terms, and grew by 1.9 percent y/y.

According to the Polish Central Statistical Office, retail sales (in current prices) grew by 10.3percent y/y in June.
