NBP liberalizes exchange rules. The National Bank of Poland (NBP) widened the range in which it quotes its foreign exchange rates for domestic commercial banks, calling the move a big step toward floating the zloty. From March 6 the range increased to 2% below and above the NBP’s average rate. The margin was previously 0.5% above and below the average rate.
