FPP buys land for new Wrocław project

Developer Fadesa Polnord Polska (FPP) has acquired almost 6,000 sqm of land located in the Krzyki area of Wrocław, on which it plans to build a residential project with 144 apartments. The sales of units in the scheme are expected to be launched in third quarter of this year. Founded in 2005, FPP is owned by Spain’s Martinsa-Fadesa and Poland’s Polnord. By the end of 2017, the company had sold more than 3,000 apartments. In Wrocław, it has built the Osiedle Innova and Osiedle Moderno developments and is currently working on an investment called Apartamenty Innova. The developer is also active in the Warsaw market.
