GalCap Europe enters Poland, buys Warsaw office assets

Investor GalCap Europe has bought two historic boutique office buildings in downtown Warsaw – Wilcza 46 and Mokotowska 33/35 – from Amhola with the value of the transaction remaining confidential. The deal marks the company’s first acquisition in the Polish market. Savills, Linklaters, Crido and DIL advised the buyer during the acquisition process, while the seller was advised by Colliers International and MDDP. The transacted buildings offer a total of 7,500 sqm of office and retail space. Founded in 2015, GalCap Europe invests in and manages assets in Austria and CEE. Its clients include German pension funds, insurance companies, private equity funds and individual investors.
