Poland’s gross domestic product grew by 3.2 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of 2014, according to a flash estimate issued by the Central Statistical Office (GUS) on Thursday. The figure is in line with analysts’ expectations.
Seasonally adjusted GDP growth in Q2 was 0.6 percent compared to the previous quarter and 3.2 percent y/y.
Revised data on Q2 GDP growth are due to be published on August 29.
In the first quarter of 2014, Poland’s GDP grew at 3.4 percent y/y, according to earlier released GUS data.
