Developer Ghelamco Poland has revealed the details of its The Warsaw HUB mixed-use project in the Polish capital. Formerly known as Sienna Towers, the scheme will be the company’s largest development in the country. The complex will be located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout in the Wola district, close to the flagship Warsaw Spire investment that Ghelamco completed in the area earlier this year. The Warsaw HUB complex will comprise three skyscrapers (two of them standing 130 meters and one standing 85 meters tall, sitting on a common podium) with a total of approximately 113,000 sqm of office, retail and hotel space. According to Ghelamco, the investment will stand out in the market due to the use of innovative technologies. “The Warsaw HUB is the most modern of the Ghelamco projects to date,” said Jarosław Zagórski, the commercial and business development director at Ghelamco Poland. The project was designed by the renowned architectural studio of Andrzej M. Chołdzyński, with JLL acting as the exclusive leasing agent for the office and retail space in the scheme. The construction work on the development has already been launched and is scheduled to finish toward the end of 2019. The value of the investment is estimated at more than PLN 1 billion.
