Golub GetHouse acquires site for dormitory scheme in Warsaw

Developer and investor Golub GetHouse has acquired more than 11,500 sqm of land located on ul. Jagiellońska in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw (opposite the Kozminski University campus), on which it plans a dormitory project with approximately 430 beds and numerous amenities for students.

The development will be financed by the Golub GetHouse Property Fund II FIZ fund and built in cooperation with Chicago-based CA Ventures, which specializes in the construction and management of dormitories in the US. It is currently at the design stage and is expected to get under construction in the final quarter of this year.

Golub GetHouse is already working on one dormitory investment in Poland, which will be located in the Zabłocie area of Kraków and will offer around 600 beds. It is to be completed in the academic year 2019/2020.
