Poland’s economy will grow by 3.4 percent this year, the unemployment rate will stand at 8.2 percent, deflation will amount to 0.2 percent, the government estimated in its Convergence Program. 2015 Update approved on Tuesday.
As of 2016, GDP growth will reach 3.8 percent and unemployment will fall to 7.6 percent.
In 2017 and 2018, the Polish economy will grow by 3.9 percent and 4 percent respectively, the document also read.
The program is part of the Long-term State Financial Plan 2015-2018 prepared by the finance ministry.
