On Monday, GTC subsidiary Centrum Światowida, has obtained an approval from the mayor of Warsaw for the construction of Galeria Północna shopping center. On Tuesday, the company announced that it plans to open the center in the first quarter of 2017. The scheme is valued at €160 million.
Galeria Północna will have 64,000 sqm GLA and will be located in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. GTC informed that it will start the construction immediately after the permission is granted.
