Developer HB Reavis has revealed it last year signed lease agreements for a total of over 52,000 sqm of office and retail space at its Warsaw properties, which is almost 10,000 sqm more than in 2016. The company secured 38 new tenants in the city in 2017. The most space – approximately 33,400 sqm – was leased at the West Station complex in the Ochota district. Niebold Nixdorf took up more than 11,000 sqm there. A total of over 11,000 sqm was leased at the Gdański Business Center complex in the Śródmieście district, to tenants including the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, Euronet and DLL. At the Postępu 14 building in the Mokotów district, AstraZeneca renewed its lease agreement for almost 7,000 sqm and took up an additional more than 6,000 sqm of space.
