International real estate advisory firm JLL is to launch a new regional office in Łódź, which will be headed by Marta Pyziak. The company currently has four offices in Poland – in Warsaw (which is the biggest JLL office in Europe), Kraków, Wrocław and Tri-city. JLL has been providing advisory services to tenants and office landlords in Łódź for several years now and is currently acting as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the Monopolis mixed-use project in the city. The Łódź market has continued to develop, attracting tenants from industries including the business services sector. “We have been operating actively in Łódź for a number of years now providing our services to this market from our Warsaw office. Because we believe in both the further development of the market and the great potential of Łódź, we have decided to launch a new JLL office in the city that is dedicated to providing services to investors and real estate projects,” said Tomasz Trzósło, managing director of JLL in Poland. He added that the company hopes its presence in Łódź will lead more investors to enter and expand in the city.
