Investor and developer KG Group plans to develop an outlet center project in Kraków, which will be part of a larger retail complex that will also include a retail park, a DIY store and a grocery hypermarket. Called Cracovia Outlet, the scheme will offer almost 21,000 sqm of GLA, with the entire complex expected to comprise approximately 60,000 sqm of leasable space and house nearly 150 tenants. The development is scheduled to be completed in 2019. KG Group will develop the Cracovia Outlet investment, which is being commercialized by The Blue Ocean Investment Group, in two phases, which will deliver 12,000 sqm and 9,000 sqm of GLA, said Krzysztof Gaczorek, the management board president at the company. Apart from Cracovia Outlet, KG Group is now also working on a number of Atut-branded convenience shopping center projects in Kraków.
