Kraków Airport transported about 514,300 passengers in March, a 19 percent increase compared to th same period last year. According to the airport statistics, there was about 4,100 landings and take-offs last month, an 15 percent increase versus March 2017.
During the first three months of 2018, the airport served 1.4 million passengers, registering a growth of 21 percent year-on-year. In April, new connections to Budapest and Dubai were opened.
Kraków Airport is the second biggest in Poland in terms of the number of passengers. In 2018 it plans to carry more than 6 million passengers, forecasting a 9 percent increase versus 2017.
